Refund policy

We want you to love every SKN piece you own. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, valid for full-price items only.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • Returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

For UAE orders, we will arrange the collection of your returned item(s). A return collection fee of AED 25 applies and is payable by the customer. If a refund is requested, the AED 25 collection fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style:

  1. Return the original item (following the steps below).

  2. Place a new order using your issued store credit.

  • All items marked “Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
