We want you to love every SKN piece you own. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, valid for full-price items only.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.

With all original tags attached.

Returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees, duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style:

Return the original item (following the steps below).

Place a new order using your issued store credit.
Exchanges within the UAE are complimentary once the original item is returned.
