SKN ships within the UAE in 1–3 business days for AED 15, with free delivery on orders over AED 500.

International shipping takes 2–10 business days, is calculated at checkout, and is free on orders over AED 850 (customs fees may apply).

Returns are available only for UAE orders and must be requested within 7 days for full-price items in unused, original condition. Once approved, Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees, duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable. 

Sale items and all international orders are non-returnable. We do not offer direct exchanges — simply return the item and place a new order using your store credit.
