Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Fee: AED 15.
- Free Shipping on all orders over AED 550.
International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Delivery times vary by destination, with an estimated timeframe of 2–10 business days.
- Please note: international customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, or fees as per their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
- Shipping Fee: Calculated based on your delivery location and shown at checkout.
- Free Shipping on all orders over USD 150.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love every SKN piece you own. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, valid for full-price items only.
Return Elibility
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.
- With all original tags attached.
- Returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Once received and inspected, you’ll be issued store credit (excluding shipping fees, which are non-refundable), valid for 60 days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style:
- Return the original item (following the steps below).
- Place a new order using your issued store credit.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
